Sea bream is a sea fish belonging to the Sparidae family, characterized by an oval, humped and laterally compressed body. It can reach a length of 60 cm and has a blue-silver color, with golden shades as well as a golden spot on each cheek and another on the forehead, in the shape of a crescent. It lives in the Mediterranean and is a very valuable species.
It has white meats, excellent, firm and tasty, which can be prepared simply grilled or baked, stuffed and boiled.
