Roquefort is a famous French blue cheese made from sheep's milk. It comes in cylindrical shapes that reach 20 cm in diameter and a height of 10 cm. It can be found on the market wrapped in aluminum foil with the brand on it. Like gorgonzola, roquefort ages in caves but unlike it, it has a more intense flavour.
