Gin is a liqueur with a high alcohol content (from 40 ° upwards) prepared with cereals (corn, oats, barley, wheat, rye) distilled several times and flavoured with juniper berries fermented in an alcoholic solution. Spices and aromatic herbs are also added, but they must be dosed with great care to blend correctly with the scent of juniper.
