Steam the pumpkin for 10 minutes, then cut it in thin slices and incise it with a mold in the shape of a little pumpkin.
Beat the eggs with milk and mix the breadcrumbs with grated parmesan cheese. Pass the pumpkin's moulds in the egg and then in the mixture of bread and cheese.
Fry the little pumpkins in hot vegetable oil until they become crunchy. At this point, strain them on some blotting paper, adjust with salt and serve!
