The color is deep straw yellow with reflections between ancient gold and copper, typical nuances of the grape. Excellent nose, of great amplitude, fullness and fragrance, entirely played on a harmonious intertwining of flowers and fruit; the aromas are fresh, full of vitality and are reminiscent of elderflower and acacia, Golden apple, yellow plum, banana. The background has vegetal notes of mountain hay and a slight minerality. On the palate it shows a gentle, elegant, well-structured character with an evident freshness that enhances its pleasantness. The aromas of pinot grigio, respected by a fermentation with the use of fresh indigenous yeasts (produced by the company) and by a vinification without the use of sulfur, find sincere expression also in the mouth and give the wine an unmistakable personality.
