Bismarck

"Bismarck" is a type of preparation, based on meat or vegetables, which always involves the addition of a cooked egg. The definition of this dish dates back to the end of the 19th century, when Bismarck, the famous German chancellor, was greatly admired for its power and energy. His strength and his love for good cooking gave rise to numerous rather "robust" recipes, which were baptized with his name.
